“We appreciate that design is only one part of the total package that is required to deliver a successful project. To capture the expectations and needs of project owners and end users we need to understand their needs and also the needs of the wider community.”

Our approach

A straightforward philosophy towards delivery of our services sees our senior people fully involved in all projects from start to finish. We operate with a hands-on approach and provide site-specific creative solutions to satisfy a wide variety of clients’ needs.

We appreciate that our specific services are only one part of the total package that is required to deliver a successful project. To capture the expectation and needs of project owners and end users we need to understand their needs and also the needs of the wider community.

During the project development stage our services are targeted at supporting our clients to better understand the capability of a proposed project to meet its required objectives and to satisfy them that this is a robust, effective and commercially sound project for them to finance.

We then direct our specialist experience towards monitoring, inspecting and reporting on progress being achieved against the target programme and reviewing how the contractor is performing so that we are able to alert the Lenders to any potential for programme slippage which may endanger the contracted completion dates.

Following on from the construction phase we take on the role of Monitoring Engineer whereby we undertake regular visits to observe the performance of these against the O&M Contracted Agreement and ensure that these are being managed in keeping with the client requirements and Good Engineering and Operating Practice.

To achieve this we are committed to working with your team and other specialist consultants to realise a successful project. We can tailor our services to suit your needs for reviewing design proposals at the conceptual phase and pre construction stage to assist in the identification and management of project risks.
