Battus Associates provide Technical Adviser, Strategic Business Planning, Monitoring Engineer services, O&M Management Advice, Audits, Team Structuring and Works Commissioning Management Advice. Other services include specialist processes selection (membranes – desalination and MBR), water and wastewater treatment, bio-solids management and re-use and asset management advice.

We take on the role of Technical Advisers to banks and lending institutions, provide technical due diligence in connection with investments in new assets or the adoption or purchase of existing assets. Battus also provide a full Monitoring Engineer service, reporting on the performance of the O&M Management of a particular asset in terms of good operating practice, revenue streams, capital maintenance, environmental, health & safety compliance and organisational capability.
